I took my accuplacer (college placement) test today. Your scores determine if you need any core classes in Communications/Reading Comp., Writing/English, and Math before you begin the required courses for your major.
My scores were almost perfect across the board. The highest you can get is a 120 on any of the sections. My scores were... 115 in Comm., 120 in Eng., and 110 in math. I am exempt from taking any core classes and because I received a perfect score in the writing and English portion I have the opportunity to sit for another test that if passes would give me all of the Eng. credits required by the OTA program without even taking the classes.
The other cool thing about it is that your test scores greatly affect your selection into the OTA program.
