Okay... so Karah has this cough still. It isnt' getting any better, other than that the croup part went away.
I'm going to take her in on Monday if I can get her in because I would like something other than the OTC (which is helping the symptoms but not making her well if you kwim) to get this under control before we fly on Sunday.
The last time I was there with her (when they diagnosed the croup what 2 maybe 3 weeks ago) they asked me if she was showing signs of asthma... Okay, I'm not a Doctor and don't know anyone with Asthma. So how the heck am I supposed ot know if she is showing signs of Asthma.
She can't breathe, and chokes on mucus several times a day (and I mean choking where she can't breathe and I'm pounding her on the back to knock it loose so that she can breathe). She is wheezing some. running green snot, but no fever. THe croupy sound (the barking) is gone from the cough and has been since she finished the steroids that were prescribed for it. But I don't think this is a sign of Asthma... Anyone know what they are?
