Parent/Teacher conferences

Our conference isn't until the 29th, but we got interim reports last week. I have already been working with the teacher on Joey's organizational problems, and the things marked as "unsatisfactory" on the report all tie to those problems, so hopefully, he'll get into the habit of doing the organizing things we're working on, and things will get better.

The report *did* complement him on his academics (when he bothers to do the work), and that he's been working on not being such a chatter-box. He is his mother's son.

Ours arent until November (liek the 1st week or so)
But I can go online at anythime and see her grades. The only place that's less than an A right now is handwriting - I have a feeling she will take after DAD there.

ours are nov. 1st and 2nd.... He seems to be doing good so far though..

We had a meeting with Nate's teachers last Friday and he's very smart academically... just has a problem with his speech mostly.

The only conference I've had is Cody's IEP meeting this morning. He's holding his own this year, although they are still concerned. The good news is now we have one more plan to add to his list ... IEP, PEP, and now a 504. But they're helping! He's hanging in at grade level, which is such an improvement over last year.

And of course, everyone loves him. He's such a sweetie when he's not beating up his brother!

I can see why this wouldn't make you impressed with the teacher....
