I was putting on my shoes the other day (over a week ago) and of course, was being lazy and didn't bother to untie them to get them on.....I was cramming my foot in, and rolling it from side to side to get it in the shoe....and then OUCH it hurt....right in the joint.
I have no idea but now its getting worse and worse. THere is no swelling, no bruising. First it only hurt when I pointed my foot....but now it hurts all the time and hurts more when I put pressure on it, or sit on it, and stuff like that
Any idea of what i may be able to do to help with the pain? I guess I need to find the time to go to the dr and figure out what the heck I did to it
