This is just for the child support but it is my first court date. I am nervous!
My mom is going to come with me though so I am glad! Wish me luck for BIG money cuz he only wants to give me $600 a mo for all four of the kids! Long story but he is claiming that he only makes $10hr (bull$hit) so doesn't wanna pay crap. I want at least $800 and for him to pay half the daycare. I don't think that I am being unreasonable at all. Anyway, wish me luck and I will let ya'll know how it goes!

the courts will find out the truth on his wages and they will be unhappy for him lying!

well that is what happened with one of my co workers, he is now paying the maximum he is supposed to for his wage bracket

Its natural to be nervous!! I always get jittery when I go to court. THe judges around here are pretty fair and good about getting you all they can.
