So... I decided to try something new this year. I think some of you may be interested in it as well, so I'm going to share.
Way too often I find myself thinking about all the negatives in life... We all have them, and unfortunately I focus on them a bit much.
This year I made a special section in my journal (not the online one) to list things I'm grateful for. I plan on spending a few minutes every night before I go to bed searching for the beauty in each day, and the things that I am grateful happened. this way, when I find myself focusing on the negative, I have something I can look at to counterbalance it.
Just a thought, and figure a few people might want to try it as well.
