Hypothetically speaking.....

and it's all hypothetical.

Say you had a baby. Nursed the baby. The baby weaned. AF returned 2 months after weaning. AF returned each month there after but not on a consistant date.

You can't remember the exact date of your last AF but know approx when it was. (say you can remember tha LAST day of AF not 1st.) Let's say you have an idea of a 5 day period when AF COULD appear.

When would you test if you thought you COULD be preggo?

Hypothetically I would probably start testing on day one and test everyday till the witch showed up or I got a +++.....but then again...I have no patience!

Well Hypothetically it can be narrowed down into more o a 3 day window after some thought into the last day AF started.

As I told Kev when he asked me - I told him I'd let him know when he got back from Vegas. (But I'm not telling you when he's going or coming home - because of course this is all hypothetical. )

Well seeing how I'm not even late yet and no real symptoms (other than getting up at 7 to get Lyssa to school - coming home and passing back out cold until 10ish, those bouts of OMG I think I'm gonna puke and the hot/cold flashes and the occasioanl feeling like your going ot pass out as soon as you stand up) - It's all hypothetical.

Or As I keep telling myself. I'm just and it's all in my head. AF will be here any day now to rear her ugly head while Kev's away and I have to keep my children from killing each other while I run the store. (Oh wait - that's right - he decided he's not going to the Packer Game (FREE TICKETS AND HE'S Not GOING - now whose the one) he's going to stay home and spend time with the girls. before he leaves on Sunday for Vegas.

I did this afternoon and it was a negative. But I am 99% sure it's still too early to show up on a test if it was. I'm not late (well I am assuming not) - I didn't pay attention to the exact start date of her last visit but have a three day idea. She hasn't been visiting regular since i stopped nursing so I haven't a clue when she's due. Ok I have a clue - she should arrive within the next week. I would put $$ on sat/ sun as her eta. But I don't have $$ to foolishly spend on tests. SO I picked up a 2pack today and tested (to get some people of my booty IRL too )and it was -. No biggie cause I figured it was. So it gives me one more test and tat one is waiting until AT LEAST monday.

It's obviously been a while since I had to do this. Didn't it use to be 3 weeks you had to wait for the test to work? I mean, you have to be at least 3 weeks along for it to show a positive. Hell, I don't remember anymore!

but not announcing it.

We agreed on one more (for now ) and we decided in December to "get to it" as Kev so eloquently put it

But I'm not charting or anything. We are just taking whatever God decides. (perferably not a Nov/Dec due date)
