Ally's birthday was actually January 3rd. We had a little family party on the actual date, but we don't do her kids party until later. For various reasons, we are going to have this year's party February 23rd. Since she is dying to have a tea aprty, I thought we could make that the theme of the party and she loved the idea. I am thinking all the girls can dress up in a fancy party dress (or whatever dress they want). I am going to hit the thrift stores, etc and look for a real tea service as well as teacups and saucers for each of the girls to keep.
