I hate living like this!

I am so sick and tired of the constant bickering between the kids! Every frickin day and night, al they seem to do is pcik at each other until they are all out fighting! Then one of them hits the other and all hell breaks loose! I don't like living in a war zone and that is what it feels like. I try to talk to them, but they constantly interrupt, blame each other, and talk back until I am screaming at them to JUST STOP!

I don't know what I am doing wrong! It was never this bad at my house when I was growing up. Yeah, we all fought, but nothing like this. Why do they do this? And what can I do to make stop?

I know what you mean, it seemed like the boys would never, ever, ever stop their damn fighting but they very rarely do it any more, seems like growing older helps, sorry that isn't much comfort to you

Gee, Maree! Couldn't you come up with anything better than that? LOL! My mom told me the saem thing. But if this keeps up someone is going to get hurt and I'll be the one doing it!

I know how you feel Brenda. I have 3.

I"ve gotten so I can't wait until they are grown up and out of the house. Then I feel really bad for thinking that way.

The worst part is that now I have gotten to the point where the minute they start, I begin yelling just to make them shut up! I dread them coming home form school because I know that the fighting will just start all over again. I don't even want to be around them. How sad is that?

Rick keeps telling me I need to go back to the doctor and get something, but she will just prescribe more meds to keep me calm and that is not the solution - it does nothing more that make me more willing to put up with the crap so I don't lose my temper or burst into tears. I want to FIX the problem, not sugarcoat it.

we have gotten to the point where one child gets to stay upstairs while the other one plays downstiars. I feel your pain and hate hearing the yelling, fighting and screaming.....because once the kids start, so do we. We have to yell because they are so busy yelling at one another that they can't hear what we are saying to them
