Okay question my sister in law has 2 kids and after the 2nd baby she had clamps put on her tubes so she couldnt get pregnant again.....well she regretted that and she wants one more baby but if she removes the clamps there is a high chance her tubes can tear so question is is it possible for her to still get pregnant say by artificial insemination or some thing of that sort?any advice is appreciated thanks..

I don't really know but I would imagine she wouldn't have a problem conceiving w/ AI. Has she spoken w/ a fertility Dr.? Good luck to your sister!

Unless she would have the 'clamps' removed, I seriously doubt that she would get pregnant by artificial insemination. The clamps would still block the sperm from the egg.
IVF is the only procedure that I know of that you do not need working fallopian tubes.
