I'd seriously be pretty angry at the principle for making such an ignorant decision. He owes that boy and his family a huge apology!!!!!!!!!!

Cheryl, you have no idea how absolutely tempted I am to send this ignorant douche a BOATLOAD of sharpies and tell him to "start sniffin', we wanna see how long it takes for you to get high ! "

OMG! Get a clue.......

Here's an idea..... why doesn't he work on improving the education of his students instead of if they are "sniffing markers" or not. Who HASN'T sniffed a marker - be honest. What's next? White out? OMG....you could "totally" get loaded off of that......

Give me a break.....

Oh, come on.... Who hasn't done that at some time or another?

When I was teaching, we had some scented markers and the kids loved them. After that, they started smelling everything.

And you know boys. They love to smell anything funky and then try to get their friends to smell it, too.

Ok do you all remember when we got fresh copies? Do you remember they were always damp, and had the purple print? I used to inhale that every time we got them. We all did!! I bet we got more of a high off of that then any dang sharpie marker! What about glue? We all sniffed that! Heck, I used to eat paste in preschool! I never got suspended!
