ok. Here's my problem.
Jonathan wouldn't nurse at all, so my milk never came in.
I nursed Sammy exclusively until I got a really bad respiratory infection and they put me on antibiotics that weren't good for nursing mothers (but it ws the only thing that would get rid of the infection). I couldn't nurse him for a week, so we used formula and milk I had pumped. After that, I didn't have much milk, but I'd pump and nurse constantly and he was still constantly hungry. Even after 45 minutes to an hour of nursing. So, we ended up using formula most of the time and nursing less and less. Well, I figured I didn't really have any milk, until I was in the shower and went to wash the
and squirted myself in the face. (
I know... ) Anyhow. If I still have some milk, is there anything I can do (or take) to stimulate more milk production?

If you don't like chocolate, who doesn't like chocolate tho, you can substitute for carob chips, raisins, butterscotch chips, whatever.
Be aware of the side effects.
