I must have been living under a rock, but I hadn't heard about this until yesterday when I saw it come up on Yahoo's most popular search list. At first, I thought it was a joke. But no, it's a real news story. I'm not sure if I believe the whole serial killer out mass slaughtering highly intelligent college men by drowning thing. I do wonder if it is not some sort of sick joke a bunch of college kids are doing at different colleges all over the country. What I mean is, when someone drowns, some jokers are out spray painting smiley faces on trees nearby thinking they are just Mr and Misses Funny when their joke is not funny at all.

Has anyone else heard about this?

Wow... I had trouble reading and taking that with any seriousness at all. I mean, you don't want to laugh at something as serious as young men drowning but come on... smiley faces?

WOW! Why haven't the Feds gotten involved in this? They have to be linked somehow since every one of these had a smiley face or similiar grafitti found at the site. Very sad!

I am glad I am not the only person who hadn't heard about this. It is sick. You'd think the FBI would be all over an interstate killer.
