My daughter turned 2 last week and just amazes me every day. I've heard her count before... she frequently goes as high as 4 and sometimes I'll even hear her saying higher numbers but they are often jumbled up.
Just now though she was laying on the livingroom floor and started pulling pieces of play food out of her picnic basket. With each piece she would count and put it in a pile... she made it through the entire bag and all the way up to eleven without a single mistake. Now I'm sure my opinion is biased but this kid just blows my mind.
