What are your weekend plans? v. 5/17 - 5/18

So what's everyone up to this weekend?

We've had AMAZING spring weather lately, so I hope to take full advantage of enjoying the outdoors.

I'm having a SURPRISE bday party for my nephew Brendan Saturday @ 4PM. I've invited some neighborhood kids over for it, they are really excited. I hope they can keep it quiet from Brendan.

I am going to take them to see Iron Man this afternoon, try to make a matinée so it's not so darn expensive.

I put the pups on Craigslist and have gotten alot of response. I paid to put them in our local paper and have had ONE call. Pffft. So here's to finding GOOD homes for the puppies this weekend!

We have a soccer game Saturday morning, if dd sleeps at night and a baseball game at 3pm. I'm washing uniforms now. Hopefully, our games won't be rained out! Other than that, we have some Netflix movies coming in. Otherwise, I hope we can just relax.

Tonight is our date night. Going to my fav restaurant and then up to the lake to check out the shops and stuff. Tomorrow am is errand time, we keep adding to the list. latest entry is have my tire fixed. woke up to a flat. Has a screw in the tread. Saturday night is girls night out. Going to a comedy show then to hear a band with my friend Melissa. Sunday we are going to try and make it to a benefit for a friend of ours that has cancer. Wont get my kids back after 6 or so Sunday night.

Bone Fish tonight for dinner and then downtown the see Chris Rock's brother perform at the Improv!

Very excited! My dad's 70th birthday is this weekend and I will be celebrating with my parents on Sunday.

Tonight I'm going to have Steve help me with the trundle on the day bed. I need to put sheets on the bed.

Tomorrow I'm going to Hermann, MO for the Maifest and helping out the animal shelter. Tomorrow evening I'm spending time with my sister, bil, niece and nephew. Sunday morning I'll go to church (I might only make it to the second service. The choir is singing both services). Sunday afternoon I'm going to chill out with Steve.

Hanging at the house tonight and watching movies .. Kale will be with Stan until tomorrow afternoon, Chase has a date, and maybe we can get Kirstie-Raie and Dantes out of the house so we can have some US time!!

Tomorrow .. running all over town .. getting my name changed on a few items, etc.

Sunday .. family day .. hopefully something outside

Playing catchup on some stuff Saturday.

Well I was supposed to work but a college kiddo of ours called last night and wants to work the next 5 days so woohooo I don't have to work this weekend!

I am busy crafting and hanging outside planting and mowing and stuff. I'll have to pot pictures when I get my act together.

Alyssa has her last company performance tomorrow then it' jut the recital and we are DONE!

lets see tomorrow morning we're going to some yardsales... then we have a t-ball game at 2:00 (if it's not raining) then we're going to visit some friends ... Sunday we'll probably just hang around at home most of the day!

I will be sleeping early in the day on Saturday. Ally has a birthday/pool party at 1pm, so hopefully I can wake myself up for that. Need to feed the garden plants and figure out where to move the strawberries (the puppies ate 3 of the 7 plants)! Also need to rig some kind of trellis for the cukes.

Have tons of laundry I need to get washed and hung to dry. Not sure if I work Sunday night or not (I'll find out tonight), so not sure what Sunday will be like yet.

No real plans so far. I need to plant tomatoes tomorrow and unpack a few boxes of craft stuff. Maybe go to a few garage sales.

Soccer was cancelled due to mud. I haven't heard if baseball is on or not. Looks like my big plan to relax is going to happen. I just wish I had a new book to read...

I'm down at Yammie's today - we're going to the Neptune Spring Wine Festival this afternoon, then spending the evening eating brownies and have a Pirates of the Caribbean marathon.

Tomorrow I'm rolling out of here early, and should be home in time for the Cub Scout picnic (at least, that's my plan).

it is the Canadian May long weekend! Victoria day is monday!

i am off saturday and sunday. Saturday so far i have mowed the lawn and plan to go buy some corn.

tonight it is girls night out, dinner and drinks!

tomorrow is a lazy day probably, then to a friends for a huge bbq party! i have to work monday, but it is a holiday so it is double time and a half!

since i mowed the lawn already, it feels like i have accomplished my day although i think we will take a drive to the lake or something this afternoon.

How did your weekend go?!

The party I threw went off great, having 8 screaming children in your ear is a little overwhelming but other than that it was fantastic. Birthday boy had a good time and it was very rewarding. I spent ALL DAY Saturday running around to get everything in place, then the party, then all night cleaning and picking up balloon remnants from the water balloon "war". Sunday was errands, puppies, and a little pre-trip (Orlando) shopping.
