Hello. My name is Samantha (Sam please). I was searching the net for activities for speech impediments and I came across a thread from back in like 2001. So I had a look around and I liked it!! (Although someone wrote to check the experts section and I have yet to find that ) So I guess I will be visiting more often

I am Shona, SAHM to 5 little boys.. I run my own very part time cake decorating business from my home. We live in Myrtle Beach and i have been a member here for.. WOW Almost 7 years!

I'm Mommy to 2 terriffic kiddos and a Critical Care RN from Northern Illinois. I have been here at BBU for almost 6 years! This always has been a great community and there are new and exciting changes coming.

Why did I not know you lived in Myrtle Beach? What part? I was stationed there in the early 90's in the Air Force. It looks different every time I go back and visit.

I'm one of the few on these boards who don't have any children (long story) but I like BBU too much so I stayed here..been here since 2001.

Welcome Sam! We had an expert a long time ago and she just sort of petered out on us. She left before my five year old was very old at all. She wasn't around a whole lot and it took quite awhile to get a response from her, so maybe it is just as well.

Getting some new experts is a good idea! Thanks!

Welcome to the BBU. I can ask around to some of my friends if they may know of any sites that offer speech therapist type advice if you want.
