I met another mom here in town who has an autistic child. 
She actually is in our neighborhood (different part of the subdivision). She put an ad out on Freecycle looking for legos. We have tons, so I told her I'd give her some. She came by to pick them up and we talked for over 30 minutes. They also moved here from out-of-state and had to go through all the things we are going through with Jon with the schools. So, she said she would bring me all kinds of things and help me fill out forms to help him get resources and services.
So, we're going to try to get the kids together to play as soon as Jonathan gets back, too.
