The easiest way I have found is to grill or broil it. I normally marinade it - Zesty Italian dressing works well and it's easy. But it really needs to marinade for at least an hour - longer is better. You want to cook it medium rare or it can get tough. No more than medium. Just cook it like a big steak, because basically that's all it is. It's one of Rick's favorites and when it it cooked right, it's great! Slice it across the grain to keep it more tender when serving. Thin slices work best. Anything you have left makes awesome sandwiches! HTH!
