Don't try to "replace" a parent. And unless they ask you, don't expect them to call you "mom" or "dad". I was lucky - my sperm donor wasn't in the pic, so my "dad" got to be just that - a dad. But there were problems for my brother, who was close to his father. He felt "dad" was trying to replace his father (until he got older and knew better).

It's obvious, but love the kids like your own. Mom and Dad married 20 years ago this coming December (I'll be 34 by then and Mom's youngest will be 24) and not once did we kids feel like he never treated us less than being his own flesh and blood.
