United Airlines to require minimum stays

I can understand their need to cover rising fuel prices, but here's an idea.... why not rethink the BUSINESS PLAN and run a little more effieciently? Oh another idea.... why not work on CUSTOMER SERVICE for the people that do fly?

I know that the rising fuel prices are huting them, so I understand and increase to cover that. But I have to tell ya - if people couldn't afford to fly before, what int he world makes then think all these higher prices and restrictions are going to make it any better?
