names picked

I think it's funny that I'm not pregnant and I've been obsessing about names. But, it's one of the planning parts that I can do now. Anyway, for a girl we've picked Andrea Ena (Andrea is spanish so the A sounds like the 'ho' in honor. Ena is celtic and is pronounced eena) and for a boy we like Sean Finnian (we'll call him Fin. Finnian Sean doesn't flow as well.)

Re: names picked

I love Celtic Names! My DD's middle name is Caitlin (pronounced Kaatchleen - Celtic for Kathleen or Katherine).

Re: names picked

Caitlin is a beautiful name. My DH has actually made a huge compromise on a girl's name. He has always wanted to name a daughter Sara Catherine. I don't have anything against either name, but where I grew up, a girl named Sara Catherine would have been a stupid blond cheerleader type. I told him I don't think I can overcome that mental stereotype enough to go with the names together. But he likes the name we picked out (of course).
