What are you all cookin' up? What are your plans for this holiday? Do you have any family rituals? Are you going to pop fireworks? Do you have a signature dish for the 4th of July that you prepare?

How are you going to celebrate the day?

We don't really have plans. We'll be winging it. The 5th, we're going to the city fireworks display.

We're so excited that we don't have to work the next day! We're going to fireworks that evening but as for the rest of the day, we haven't made any plans and will probably just grill and have fun at home until we leave for the fireworks.

We have fireworks in town on the 3rd. And we work. It' our single busiest day. Then all the employees took off for the 4th so I'll be working. (SInce we make them work on the 3rd) We are celebrating on teh 5th at the ILS. They set off fireworks and we BBQ>

We are celebrating on the 5th. BBQ and fireworks at my house with our usual group of friends. We normally have anywhere between 20 and 50 people - just depends on who shows up!

I am going floating with some friends! The girls are with my parents so I will swing by Sunday and pick them up on my way home. I am so looking forward to it!

Looks like we will be hanging out with our friends and neighbors across the street. I wasn't sure if we were going to have any plans. I really enjoy living in this particular spot, we are located on top of a gentle rolling hill that looks out in a way that we can see the fireworks from every city around us on the fourth and new years. Firework holidays have always been magical for me so I'm really looking forward to this.

I'll probably make my potato salad, it's always a hit at potlucks. Might make a dish of baked beans too since I love them so much!
