LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves welcomed their baby earlier today, and now the couple is revealing the name of their son.

Levi is alright. It's a very Jewish sounding name to me. Nothing wrong with that. It's just not one I hear very often.

Levi is actually one of the names that I really wanted to use but BH never liked it. It is from the bible. I love it!

I was going to point that out, about Levi being another name for Matthew, which is a good way of naming him after his dad without all the confusion of having the same exact name. I like the name Levi. I think it's cute!

It reminds me of Levi Strauss. IE Levis jeans.
