Dh does most of it. I do feed the cats and clean their waterbowl occassionally (well, I feed them almost everyday) and I help out with the catbox occassionally, but really dh is the primary pet caretaker. I am more of a fill in. I do fill the feeder and do all the work with my wild "pets".

Bill, Rick and the kids - not me! Tutti (our cat) mostly lives in Bill's room, so that is where the cat box is and he takes care of that.
We have 3 dogs - Baby, Bali and Bruiser - and, of course the puppies. Again, Rick, Bill and the kids do most of the work. They feed, water and clean up after them (which I flat out refuse to do!). I do help out with feeding and giving the pups baths when they need help, But it's mostly the guys that do everything.

Kyle does it a lot because he is outside so much more than me, but MIL and I also feed and water and brush the furbabies.

I feed and scoop poop for the cat and ferrets. We both take the dogs out to use the bathroom and play. I usually feed them, always bath, trim nails, and brush teeth. Dh brushes them more than I do (oh, and he sweeps up the fur and dirt more than I do.) I think I'm going to have to buy plastic gloves to scoop the cat box when I'm pregnant. I don't think dh will do it (the cat came with me when we got married).

Matt and I both do.
Even though he says they're MY dogs.
Austin feeds them, that is one of his 'chores'.
I take them out in the morning (nobody else is up), Matt takes them out when we get home from work, and then I take them out again before bed.

I am the main caretaker, but Steve takes care of them when I am out of town or when I have other plans (like going out with friends or whatever). On days he is off and I work he feeds the dogs their supper.

My hubby takes care of the big dogs I take care of the smaller ones... and he is the one that usually takes care of the cats
