Is it just me?

I've been doing Ebay for several years. I've had maybe 3 or 4 non-paying bidders since 2000. But in the last couple of months since they changed their feedback rules, I've had five.

Is it just me? Or does anyone else have this problem, too? If you can't leave bad feedback for your buyers, then what motivation do they have to follow through? I know, they can receive a non-paid item strike, but it doesn't affect their feedback, really. I've got three open disputes right now, and the people refuse to contact me at all. Ugh....

I had 2 I think the last time (lateMay - June) when I sold some stuff.

I don't enjoy ebay anymore, since the changes, so don't use it.

I started an eBay account last week to purchase something I needed ASAP and couldn't find locally. First I had to pay $6 for parcel post, second I paid immediatly and she still hasn't left me feedback 6 days later (and I haven't received my item either!). I'm already irritated at eBay. xD
