I've been doing Ebay for several years. I've had maybe 3 or 4 non-paying bidders since 2000. But in the last couple of months since they changed their feedback rules, I've had five.
Is it just me? Or does anyone else have this problem, too? If you can't leave bad feedback for your buyers, then what motivation do they have to follow through? I know, they can receive a non-paid item strike, but it doesn't affect their feedback, really. I've got three open disputes right now, and the people refuse to contact me at all.
Ugh....
