Background - Last week a St. Louis area firefighter was killed...not by fire but a person shot him as he was responding to a truck fire. Here is a very sad, yet beautiful story of how firefighters never left him alone since the incident. You might need a kleenex because it might tug at your heart even if you didn't know him.
