International bidders

I just had someone win one of my items. I just got the information and they are from Taiwan. I don't mind shipping internationally if they have good feedback and contact me ahead of time, but....They didn't contact me ahead of time. Arghhhh. What should I do?

Re: International bidders

Oh---it gets even better. She bid on four things and only won two.

I invoiced her according to what the postal service website said the postage would be. I told her if it was less than that, I'd refund the extra postage. I get an email back saying that she thinks it's weird that these two people outbid her and then canceled their bids or retracted. They bid a lot but never win anything. I've had a lot of this lately and I've blocked a lot of people lately. I blocked three today that I've had problems with before. But I don't know what the deal is. I reported it to ebay myself. But she says she's keeping copies of everything in case she needs to provide it to an Ebay administrator. WHATEVER! I told her I'd release her from her obligation if she wasn't interested anymore. But people with (0) and (1) feedback have to start somewhere. Just because they don't have a lot of feedback doesn't mean they're shill bidding. ARGH. How irritating. I emailed customer service and blocked her from bidding again.

Re: International bidders

Oh. And I had another person in another country bid and win, but they give a New Jersey zipcode for shipping. Then you get to the paypal payment, and they have an unconfirmed address in South Korea, but only paid the $2.81 shipping. So, I had to refund that. I had to go back and add a ton of buyer requirements on my preferences. I am just completely irritated right now.
