Romano Chicken

Saute 1 lb sliced fresh mushrooms in 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp basil, and some olive oil. Stir in 1/2 c. chicken broth and 2 tbsp orange juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for a couple minutes. Pour over chicken breasts and top with grated romano cheese. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.

This recipe is awesome if you like mushrooms.
