1 egg beaten
Chicken (enough for family) (I use tenderloins or cut big pieces of chicken into 2 pieces)
French Fried Onions

Beat egg and put in a dish. Dip chicken into egg -- then coat in onion crumbs Place in pan. I spray pan with cooking spray. Cover with foil Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes

I think I am going to have to try that. Sounds crunchy without having to fry it!

It pretty good. It didn't have enough flavor for my DH, since it's got a mild onion taste. I like it though.
