MARATHON, Fla. - Authorities say a grandmother was arrested for driving around the parking lot of a Marathon grocery store with her 3-year-old child sitting on the roof of the car.

Oh my...she called that getting some air. Geez, lady use your head. If we have to wear seat belts, what makes you think you can put a child on TOP of the car. I mean I know when I was growing up it was legal to ride in the back of a pick up but it isn't legal anymore.
