Um.. ok so here is what I have.. and here is what I THINK I am supposed to do with it...

chicken thighs.
BBQ Sauce

Oven at 375 thighs in a baking dish covered with sauce.. 45 minutes.

Is ANY of this right?
Can you tell George does all the cooking?

Re: BBQ Chicken HELP ME PLEASE

Normally, I put them in the crockpot frozen with the sauce. But you can make them your way, as well. I would cover them to start or they may dry out. Uncover for the last 10-15 minutes. And I cook mine at 350.

Re: BBQ Chicken HELP ME PLEASE

Personally, I'd put them in a large fry pan, saute them for a few minutes, dump the sauce on them cover and cook them through (doesn't take long, especially if they are boneless and skinless). Thats how I do it. Sometimes I put sliced onions and or sliced mushrooms in it too. It's super easy. Mike likes it with mashed potatoes.

Re: BBQ Chicken HELP ME PLEASE

I did it the way Brenda said.. except I forgot and put them in at 375, still took well over an hour.. but it was GREAT and they were SO moist! Creamed corn and green beans too. Yum.
Thanks everyone.

Re: BBQ Chicken HELP ME PLEASE

Did they have bones? Should have told you that the ones with bones take longer - Sorry! I usually get the boneless cause we also make nuggets out of them and I HATE deboning stuff. I'll post a recipe for you!
