12 ounces leftover flank steak slices
4 steak rolls, halved crosswise
1 onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar
1/4 teaspoon wasabi paste
4 tablespoons ketchup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place steak slices inside halved rolls. Top with onions and cheese. Wrap
cheese steaks in foil and bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Meanwhile, combine ketchup and wasabi paste. Mix until blended. Serve
with cheese steaks.

This sounds good. Can you cut back on the wasabi? I love the stuff, but it sets my tummy to screaming when I eat it.

You probably could. This is the first time I'd ever used Wasabi. DH really likes it, but I think it's ok.

You get it all the time with sushi. But a little goes a loooooong way with that stuff! Makes Tobasco taste like milk! LOL!

I bet mushroom would be good on this, too. Of course, mushrooms are good on everything!
