Total Time: 30 min
Makes: 4 servings

1 beef flank steak, about 1 inch thick (1 lb.)
1 clove garlic, peeled, halved
1 large onion, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce or BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

PREHEAT greased grill to medium-high heat. Rub both sides of steak with

GRILL steak and onions 15 to 20 minutes or until steak is cooked through
and onions are tender, turning occasionally and brushing steak
occasionally with barbecue sauce.

CUT steak across the grain into thin slices. Serve with grilled onions.

Serving Suggestion:
Try serving with hot baked potatoes and salad tossed with your favorite
KRAFT Light Dressing.

Use Your Broiler:
Preheat broiler. Place steak and onion on greased rack of broiler pan.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until
steak is cooked through, brushing steak occasionally with barbecue sauce.

Substitute:

For a big flavor hit, serve steak with A.1. Original Steak Sauce, using
