Warning about a dog toy

Someone on another website I go to sometimes posted about this dog toy that can be dangerous to dogs:

I feel so bad for that dog!!! It would kill me if anything like that happened to Taffy or Missy! Just seeing that dog in pain makes me wanna cry!

I don't know if they pulled this off the shelf or not, but just in case I wanted to pass it on.

Ok..it looks like they recalled the toy:

But it sounds like it took them quite a while to make that decision after they have been warned several times by consumers of the deeply flawed toy! I'm glad they finally came to their senses and recalled it!
