Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 egg
1/3 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon McCormick® Poultry Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Rubbed Sage
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
2. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place in single layer on lightly greased shallow baking pan.
3. Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with Spiced Cranberry Sauce or Honey Mustard Sauce.
