Interesting solution to stop kids biting

My baby likes to bite - especially big sister. The OT said to give her a washcloth and play tug of war with her biting the washcloth like you would with a dog. I felt like I was making my kid act like a dog and it was weird, but so far it is helping. It's been 24 hours and no bites so far.

Has anyone else done this?

Nope! The very first time either of our kids bit Rick, he bit them back. They didn't do it again. SOunds mean, but it works - quick!
