Many people assume they aren't rich because they don't earn enough money. If I only earned a little more, I could save and invest better, they say.

I can honestly say that I have very little that I haven't used in the past year. I live in a place that is way too small and I have a car we bought used a couple of years ago. We do all this stuff, but we still aren't rich. Oh well, some people really do just need more money to be rich.

We do most of this already. I am guilty of buying things we don't really NEED, but I have been getting better at that for the past few years. In fact, I have been getting rid fo stuff left and right lately.

Yeah, my house is too big. 3 adults a teen and a kid but a 4 bedroom house is too big. NOT! There is not one place in my house where I can get any peace and quiet. Not even the bathroom!

There is a book out called "The Millionaire next door." It shows the way to become a millionaire and how the most normal people can be millionaires but no one would know because they don't show it off. The ones who are driving the new Mercedes Benzes are not millionaires, they are up to their ears in debt.
