I don't know why I was thinking about this today. I don't why I maybe thought this was true. Too many zombie movies, I guess. When I saw the royal mummies in the Egyptian Museam in Cairo, those folks had been dead about five thousand years, and ole Rames II still had closely cropped hair. Some of the women still had lovely locks. Kind of weird on a five thousand year old mummy.

I think it's that your skin umm, starts to decay, so it can appear that the nails continue to grow. Stop thinking about this stuff.

Either that or with the fluid shifts, the nail beds can receed a slight bit, giving that effect.

I think Lenora needs to lay off the horror movies for a while.....

I did watch Matango, Attack of the Mushroom Men last night. It was interesting that undertakers put cold cream on dead people to prevent this. Moisturized for the after life.

I read alot of Patricia Cornwell and her books have said on many occasions that basically people "dry up" and makes it look like your nails are growing. Don't know about the hair, but it seems very unlikely.
