Is anyone working out? Watching what they eat?

How's it going? Stop by every day or every few days just to say how you are doing!

I have to admit I'm doing pitiful! But I'm determined to change that. I just have to gather that motivation. Once I lose it, I can't get it back!

I have been trying to get back in the swing of daily excerise, but I have been too exhausted. I was bad with food yesterday on one meal in the upside, it was all I ate all day.

I am down to 174, but have no doubt that it will go back up. It seems to be swinging up and down lately and I have no idea what is causing it. I haven't changed my eating habits and I still don't exercise if I can avoid it! The only thing i can think of is the peri-menopause, but I never heard of it affecting your weight like this! I have gone from almost 200 (198) down to 174 (yesterday) and everywhere in between. None of my clothes fit but I refuse to buy new ones until my weight decideds where it is going to level out! LOL!

Hi,

I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out and it actually worked quite well. Within 4 months I managed to lose about 65 pounds. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now. You can read more about the lady's article at

obviously I can't really 'diet' but I am trying to do better with what I eat since I gained so rapidly thus far. I do pretty well even with all the Easter candy in the house-LOL It helps that I have a bad tooth right now and that sweets make it hurt like hell
I have also been doing the Wii Fit. Not as often as I would like this week (crappy, depressing start of the week so my ass laid in bed) but hopefully next week will be better. I go to the Dr on Monday so we will see if my weight gain has slowed down any.

Eating well is more important then anything right now, krista!

I weighed myself this morning and I am down to 157.5 and NONE of my clothes fit. *sigh* Just making due until we have some extra$.

I am chilling at 156-158... ugg I thought my weight would fall off quicker. I guess I gotta do more exercising.

I'm not about to post my actual weight.. because when I got on the scale when I started my new job I about passed out. I knew I was a big girl.. but.. geez..

Anyway..
I'm down 23 pounds right now... still trying.. it's hard while moving though
