While we were on vacation (at the beach), Emily lost her first tooth! It was a week ago today. The cool thing is, she got her first tooth when we were on vacation in Gulf Shores, Alabama in August 2003. She lost her first tooth in Gulf Shores, Alabama in October 2008! What a story to tell!

Oh yes, we made sure to tell her that the tooth fairy was being generous because it was her first lost tooth, that way she won't expect that every time.
