Cartoons you could live without

There are two newer ones that really drive me nuts ... one is called Flapjack and the other is Chowder.
Oh, and it's not a cartoon but I cringe every time Yo Gaba Gaba comes on the TV.

I know what you mean, they are all the same, the charactors look alike, sound alike and the ..................storylines (for lack of a more appropriate term).................. are also all the same. My two love animae, Tk has even been writing the stuff, well as he calls it "He isn't writing stories he is just making up charactors, complete with detailed backgrounds and the things that happen to them" If thats not a story I don't know what is.

He spends hours on line finding the right clothing, footwear, accessories, weapons

When I was at the library this afternoon I saw 2 'books", they are animae in a book form, cartoons mind you, and the blasted things open from the wrong side. They are completely back to front. I got them both as I'm hoping to wean the kids off computer screens and back into od fashioned paper books you can curl up in bed with.

OK rant over, you can come out now.

hmm.... I don't know what Flapjack and Chowder are... but there are a bunch of cartoons on the Cartoon Network that I don't like.

Yo Gabba Gabba is so irritating to me but both kids like it. I also find Blues Clues annoying and both boys like that also and it's when I'm getting ready in the am if they are awake they watch it.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is banned in our house after I watched a few episodes. It is just too foul IMO.

My boys are into superheroes now and I kind of like them since I remember watching Superfriends when I was a kid.

Chowder, Sponge Bob is banned from our home. Yo Gabba Gabba makes me want to scream ( creepy black dude is just toooooo skinny)
We are very very very very strict on what the boys watch so.. there are not a whole lot I see on a regular basis.
They aren't cartoons but I HATE Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.

I can't stand The Mighty B, which comes on Cartoon Network or Nick. All that girl does is pick her nose and cause trouble.

okay.. so I've never watched this cartoon, but Dylan needs NO guidence on HOW to pick his nose.

Robyn, it's awful. The girl is so ugly and then she acts like a brat and is constantly picking her nose and they show her flinging the boogers everywhere. It's disgusting and pointless and Emily loves it, but I won't let her watch it.

Spongebob! I HATE Spongebob, my girls are not allowed to watch it. They are never allowed to watch anything other than PBS Sprout or Nick Jr. and the Food Network without my husband or I watching with them. (my girls LOVE the food network!)

Shona, I LOVE The Wizards of Waverly Place! It's so stupid it's funny! I don't particluarly like Hannah Montana, but Ally adores it! She also likes SpongeBob and I don't see a problem with it. Other than that, she doesn't really watch alot of cartoons. She'd rather be outside playing anyway, which I prefer.

i don't watch the shows with him, but he is always on Treehouse so they are definately rated G lol

there is one on there that is like teletubbies that drives me batty, no words just squeeks and other icky noises.

Well girls, I hate Pokemon but my kids love them. I just happen to love Mr.Bean and Dexter's Laboratory. LOL, I couldn't believe I still have a kid in me.
