What do you all do with all your leftover Thanksgiving food? I usually make soup and turkey sandwiches. Has anyone every made or heard of Turkey Bread Pudding?
4 Large Brown Eggs
2 cups Whole Milk
2 tsp. All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Italian herb blend
About 1/2 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup shredded jack or jalapeño jack cheese
1 package (4.5 oz.) Seasoned Croutons
2 cups cooked cubed turkey
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking oil spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, Italian herb blend, and salt and pepper to taste until blended. Stir in cheese, croutons, and turkey.
Pour into prepared dish.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is toasted and custard is set.
Let set 10 minutes before cutting into squares
