What size turkey? Fresh or frozen? Cooking your own?

I'm having Thanksgiving and thus cookig the turkey at our house. We're having a 23 lb bird. It was a frozen Perdue. Thawing in the fridge.

not cooking so I have no clue. As long as it is tastey and moist I don't care where it came from

We have three. A 15 lbs, a 25 lbs and a 12 lbs. I am trying to get rid of the 12 lb. People keep giving them to us.

17.75 lbs, frozen butterball. Wanted to do a fresh one, but couldn't afford it

My sister bought a 22 pound turkey and it's been defrosting since Saturday!

I think ours was an 18 pounder. We bought it thawed, but sitting in the back of the outside fridge it started to freeze! Just my luck!
