I have a pot roast I want to put in for dinner on Tuesday. The problem is, I work from 5am to 330pm that day.
Would it cook too long in my slow cooker if I started it before I left for work (around 415am).. or have Matt start it around 7am when he leaves for work?
I know my Mom used to cook hers a really long time, but I don't know how long is *too* long.
