when do your kids get out for Christmas vacation?

Our kids last day is Friday. They return to school on January 5th. My husband has the same amount of time off. I have a feeling that it's gonna be a LONG vacation!

My kids have the same vacation as yours. It is going to be difficult with Haley because she is my latch key kid but the others will be in daycare and I'll still be going to work so it won't be much different than usual around here. ...just gotta figure out how to keep Haley in line with 2 weeks to herself!

it will be a busy xmas for me. ill be having my school age childcare kids all day, lol. Christmas week i did take some time off so im looking forward to spending it with my two kids. The week after.. thats a different story!

Kate's last day is Thursday (She only goes tue & Thurs)
Alyssa goes until next Tuesday (they have a 1/2 day)

then they go back on the 5th.

I am dreading it as well! My kid's last day is this Friday (they haven't had school yet this week though due to the weather!) and then don't go back until the 4th. That is a helluva long time off when we are all stuck inside this tiny condo!

Mine go until the 23rd which is a half day....I am SO glad they don't get out Friday!

First of all my son is confused, he thinks he's going on vacation and wants to know where he is going? LOL

I keep telling him no where it's Christmas! Friday is his last day and he will be spending time at daycare and time with Grandma while I work through the Holidays. I have off Wed-Th-Fri of Christmas and New Years Day so not much time with them other than Wed-th but that's ok. I'm sure everything will still be nice.

Sissy she's doesn't have a clue about time off yet. She still doesn't like getting up and going to granny's house in the morning but she's getting use to it.

The 23rd is our last day. We go back the 5th. They'll make Easter a bit longer just in case we have snow days to make up.

Logans last day is Thursday and i think he returns on the 5th

he is with a sitter for four days, then, i have SEVEN days off over Christmas this year!!

Boxing day sales, here i come!
