Do your kids have a Christmas party at school?

Mine do. Jacob has his tomorrow morning. He has to bring in a $5 gift for a boy. It has to be wrapped and say who it's from. They are also ordering pizza for his class to eat in their room for lunch instead of the school lunch. I thought that was pretty cool. The teacher did ask if it was possible to send in $2 to help towards the cost of pizza and drinks.

Nathan has a party on Friday, but they don't exchange gifts. They will probably just have snacks/treats and do special Christmas stuff.

I love the gift exchange idea! I am going to remember that for future years.
Emily's party is tomorrow too.
I am going in with three other moms and we are getting a Chickfila nugget tray, and other moms are bringing in juice boxes, fruit, sandwiches, pretzels, goldfish, and cookies and cupcakes. We normally don't do this much food, but the party is linked in with the kindergarten class's Christmas performance, so we will have parents and siblings there, too.
We will also do a craft and play a game.

Austin's is on Friday at school. I guess this year he didn't get assigned to bring anything, but I have Friday off, so I might try to go in and help out.

Payton, Emily and Bailey's is on Friday. Thanks for reminding me that I need to get a $3 gift for Payton to exchange! I hope I remember!LOL!

Katie's is tomorrow - we went out on Monday adn got her $5 "girl" gift.
Alyssa's is Monday. She picked names adn had to spend around $5 on her gift. (she got a boy and oh the torment of trying to pick something for him. )

I'm not sure what Katies class is doing for food - I think just the regular scheduled snack person is bring food. Alyssa's teacher adn her husband are buying pizza for their class so they don't have to bring anything.

Kelsey's party is next Tuesday and they most be having a movie day because they were told to bring their blankets....just no PJ's...lol
Christian's class room is having a big party but I'm not a room mother for that room so I won't be helping. Just Kel's room but I can pop into Christian's room if I want

Friday the school is having their big Christmas program so I'll definitely be there that day...in fact, I have to bake for the bake sale and stuff (we are doing fundraisers --PTO-- because we have a HUGE field trip coming up at the end of the school year)

Zachariah is having a pajama party on the 21st and the parents are all sending in snacks. There was a sign up sheet for treats and drinks. They get lunch at school so this will be after lunch. I'm hainvg a party for my class on the 21st also. We have early dismissal that day so we get out at 1 pm.

Santa was in logans class yesterday for the last day of school, he brought a book for all of the kids!

Ally had a "winter" party the last day of school. We sent in drink. no gift exchange this year. last year they all did a book exchange, which was pretty nice.
