NEW YORK – Crisscrossing the country in corporate jets may no longer fly in Detroit after car executives got a dressing down from Congress. But on Wall Street, the coveted executive perk has hardly been grounded.

Okay, you boneheads, you took government money. You have to live within the government rules. Plenty of military curiers take commerical flights. Sometimes with armed guards. Don't tell me your security is higher than the US military.

With the great job these guys have done, they should be making video conference calls and riding coach on Southwest Airlines. Golf is not business. Business may be done at the time, but golf is play. Play on your own time. On business time, put on your suit, go into the office and get on your computer. It just ticks me off these are the same fat cats who time their underlings bathroom breaks, dock an hour's pay for being five minutes late and put sensors in their chairs to monitor how much time they spend in their seats!
