So Say I needed to move

a refridgerator to paint a small portion of a wall.

Can someone tell me what I need to look for as to not worry about breaking something?

One would think I could just pull it out (Not that I would do it 8 mo preggo ) But other than the power cord I know there is a water line/pipe thingy cause it goes to the sink for the water/ice thingy.

Any advice from anyone whose ever done it?

Re: So Say I needed to move

Does it have wheels? Ours had wheels on the back, and a couple of feet on the front that you lowered to keep it from rolling once it's in place.

You should be able top pull it forward, just SLOWLY. On our fridge, I know the water line and the electrical line were about the same length, and I could pull the fridge a foot or so away (which would be plenty of room to paint, except for Stewart being in your way )

Re: So Say I needed to move

OK I have a helper coming later this week to move it for me.

I have no idea if it has wheels or anything. We bought it with the house (well not as part of the house but from the previous owners) I think the only time its been moved was to have the water line installed.

I've never moved it.

You will have to turn the water off t the ice maker and unplug it. It's easy to do, just turn the screw. then when you are done, plug it back in and turn the water back on.
