How do you handle contacting a long-lost relative?

I haven't seen my cousin in, well, let's see... (My grandpa died in 1994. The last time I saw him was at the funeral... ) Ummmm.... Almost 15 years. Anyhow. He recently moved to Oklahoma, and I thought that since we're in the same state now, it might be nice to get together with them. They always lived far away from us but we always had a great time with them when they came to visit. When I was in TX, he was in OK. When I moved to OH, he moved to TX. Now we're both in OK. My grandma says he always asks about us, so I asked her for his address and phone number. He has email, but my grandmother would probably get too confused if I asked for that. LOL! His wife used to write me often and ask me to come to visit. I haven't heard from them since I got married. This guy is my dad's age or a little older. He has two kids a little older than me and has grandkids Jon and Sam's age that live near him.

Would you rather write or call?

I'd call or send a nice note if you don't have the phone #.
My cousins and I pretty much just drop emails and Christmas cards.

We are so lame!

Give'em a call! If he asks about you, it's apparent he still thinks about you!
