Seen any good movies lately?

I am updating my queue at NetFlix. We just saw Hancock (pretty good), Batman: The Dark Knight (really good), Tropic Thunder (funny) and I am Legend (could have been better.)

I have the new Hellboy movie, Babalon A.D. and Appaloosa on the queue coming up soon. Anyone seen any of these?

I really haven't seen any that would make me rent them. We've rented a few off of PPV and I was disappointed.
We watched the Strangers and it was ok. Not too gory and there are really only two main characters plus the killers.

I just watched the 3rd spiderman, and OMG HORRIBLE...

a good chick flick that I can watch over and over again is Dirty Love. I like it but it has a lotta icky reviews.

My hubby and I don't really watch to many movies....

Now see, I LOVED Spiderman 3!
I saw Twighlight at the movies and if you read the series of course the book was better but otherwise it was good.
Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler is very cute and the girls can watch it as well (rated PG)
Marley & Me was a disappointment and very sad if you are an animal lover.
Mama Mia was S T U P I D and I absolutely LOVE musicals!
WallE is great for the kids (great morals) and Horton hears a Who is really cute as well!
I know that I have seen some other more recent movies but I can't think of them right now. I will look at my recent picks in a bit and let you know.

The two movies I've seen most recently aren't out on DVD yet but are worth watching once they are ... Black Swan was amazing and Sanctum was good ... not fabulous but what you'd expect from that type of movie.

 

Have you seen Inception?

Is that the one where the guy does this dreaming thing and they get military or industrial intelligence from people's dreams?  If so, I saw it and it was cool.  Weird, but cool.

Yea, that's the one.  I enjoyed it BUT I'd like to see it again just to try and understand it better ... it was HARD to follow!

And oh yeah, if you love Geoffrey Goldrush then better not miss watching "The King's Speech". Great movie.

I watch movies recently with my friends Hangover 2 and X Men First Class. Both the movies were good but in X Men Wolverine has a very short appearance role which I think couldn't expected by fans. On the other hand Hangover 2 did a great come back with the best storyline ever made on comedy movies.
